Our classes are designed to be approachable for everyone, regardless of wherever they are on their yoga journey. We understand that stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time can be intimidating, which is why we've created a space that feels more like a cozy living room than a gym class. Your mat is your safety blanket, a place where you can feel grounded and supported as you explore the depths of your practice.

About Sian Jones

Sian has a long-standing relationship with yoga, one whose story reads like a torrid love affair novel.


 As a corporate trainer trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming, her years, as a professionally focused trainer,  were filled with travel and the noise of a busy world that lacked a sense of peace.


She found yoga and the attractive and alluring practice of yoga provided a love for her mind and body. Yoga was the one-stop dating method to freedom and self-fulfillment.


It wasn’t until a couple of years ago when Sian was offered a life-changing opportunity to become a trained and certified yoga teacher. The practice of yoga became a calm and steady partnership. 


I committed myself to learn the methodology, physiology, and scientific approaches to yoga that I had not previously understood. I began to fully build a relationship with myself and with yoga that is unparalleled in its strength and mental transformation fitness. I couldn’t have imagined this before. I know now that anyone can get there. Anyone can benefit from any time spent on their yoga mat.


I am eager to share my love of yoga with everyone who is ready to show up and spend an hour taking care of themselves alongside me. You will be surprised at the way yoga sneaks up on you, changing the what good that can do for your overall well-being. The way you feel about yourself and your life. Come hang out with me for an hour and let me take you on a little trip. Hop on and off the bus whenever you’d like. You’ll walk away with a lighter feeling and having laughed a little bit, stronger for your day ahead.
