Restorative Yoga
A restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks bolsters and blankets.it is a practice of deep relation that emphasizes the medative aspect of yoga-the union of body and mind.
Yin yoga
Yoga that is designed to slowly release the joints of the body whilst finding stillness in each posture. working deeply into our bodies with passive longer held poses.
VinYin Yoga
Yoga that combines Vinyassa and yin into one single class, beginning with the faster paced vinyasa flows and ending with a restorative yin sequence encouraging you to be calm and focused.
